1. Our Commitment
We want you to love cooking with RipePlate. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right — this policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Recipe Bundles (PDF Cookbooks)
Recipe bundles are delivered as digital PDF downloads and are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded the PDF, or
- You experienced a technical issue that we could not resolve.
Once a PDF has been downloaded, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. AI Credit Packs
- Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used packs are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused credits.
- Credits never expire, so we encourage you to use them at your own pace.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end date. Partial refunds for the current period are considered when a serious service issue prevented normal use.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits or bundles purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Fully consumed credit packs.
- Change of mind after downloading and using bundle content.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@ripeplate.com with your order confirmation and a brief description of the issue. Most requests are reviewed within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster than your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
