RipePlate is a recipe generation platform that creates personalized recipes based on user queries. Our Service includes recipe generation, saving, organization features, and premium subscription tiers with enhanced capabilities.

- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person; no sharing credentials
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4.2 Credit Packs
- Small Pack: 25 credits for $5.99 ($0.24 per recipe)
- Medium Pack: 75 credits for $11.99 ($0.16 per recipe)
- Large Pack: 200 credits for $24.99 ($0.12 per recipe)
- Credits never expire
- Unlimited recipe saves with credits
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You must keep payment information current
- Failed payments may result in service interruption
- Prices are in USD ($) unless otherwise stated
6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Share, resell, or redistribute generated content commercially without permission

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security

RipePlate, including our logo, design, code, and proprietary technology, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
8.2 Generated Recipes
You retain ownership of recipes you generate through our Service for personal use. Commercial use of generated recipes may require attribution or additional licensing.
